Athletics & Activities Registration Instructions

La Grande Middle School Sports Registration

This year all sports registration will be done online using our online payment system.

• First, go to Registration & Payment (LGSD InTouch website)
• Then, log into your student’s account.  
• If you don’t remember your ParentVue login info, the user name will be your student’s ID number, this is their lunch number, and the password will be their last name with the first letter capitalized. 
  • Home school students: please give us a call so we can get your account set up!  541-663-3427
• Once you’ve done that, there will be the option to register for the current sports available.  Sports will be open for registration one month before the season starts and close one week after the first practice.
  • You will need to do this process for each sport your student wants to participate in, however:
  • The registration component of the form will only need to be filled out once per school year.  It will save all the information you input.  
• You will also need to upload your student’s current sports physical. If you can only upload one page, be sure it’s the page with the doctor’s signature and date. 
• You may pay the sports fee from here or pay in person in our office.
  • The sports fee per sport is $50 
  • This online registration is, of course, available to use on your home computer but is also mobile friendly so it can easily be done using your smartphone.
