Marissa Lane and KaraAnn Akers, two LHS grads, earned the American FFA Degree this year. The American FFA Degree is the highest degree achievable in the National FFA Organization, signifying a member's dedication and significant accomplishments in their FFA journey.
It recognizes outstanding leadership, community involvement, and the success of their supervised agricultural experience (SAE).
Only about one percent of FFA members earn this prestigious award.
La Grande is proud to honor Marissa and KaraAnn!! They will receive their awards this fall at the National FFA Convention and Expo in Indianapolis, Indiana.
