2023 Volleyball Practice Schedule:
7th/8th Grade First Day of Practice is August 29th @ 3:30-5:00 LMS Gym and is every school day from 3-5pm
6th Grade First Day of Practice is August 30th @ 4:00-5:30 Central Gym and practice is Monday & Friday 3:15-5:00, Wednesday 4:00-5:30 at Central Elementary Gym
2023 Football Practice Schedule:
Gear pick up for 7th grade is August 28th and for 8th grade is August 29th at 3:30 on the LMS wrestling deck. First day of practice is August 30th at 3:30 at the LHS track. Practice will be every school day from 3-5pm
Cross Country Practice Schedule:
First day of practice is August 28th at 3:20, meet at the LHS Track Shed. Practices will be every school day from 3:20-4:45pm.

Students must have a current sports physical to participate, sports physicals are good for two year and can be obtained from your health care provider. Chiropractors are also able to provide these.
